Овощи с Мясом

Все тушим без масла.

Directions

  1. Все продукты моем-чистим, режем произвольными крупными кусочками и выкладываем в казан слоями. Мясо я кладу на дно казана, масла не добавляю ни капли.
  2. В стакане с водой растворяем соль и специи по вкусу и выливаем в казан на овощи.
  3. На медленном огне тушим до готовности, перемешивать можно, но очень аккуратно, чтоб на повредить кусочки овощей и не превратить блюдо в кашу.
