Pizza Familia

Selbstgemachte Pizza als FamilienMahlzeit mit verschiedenen Belägen.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zubereitung der Grundsauce: zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken. In einem Topf mit Olivenöl anschwitzen und die gehackten. Tomaten hinzu geben. Mit Kräutern und Gewürzen abschmecken etwas Zucker um die säure etwas zu mildern mit Gewürzen. Ofen auf 220° vorheizen
  2. Pizzateig ausrollen und auf Backblech auslegen.
  3. Pizza mit der Grundsauce.
  4. Zur Hälfte Pizza mit den Champignons und Salami belegen.
  5. Andere Hälfte mit Hinterschinken und Ananas belegen.
  6. Reibekäse darüber gleichmäßig verteilen.
  7. In den vorgeheizten Ofen mittlere Schiene ca 20 - 40 min fertig backen.
