- Порезать помидоры, перец, натереть чеснок. Разморозить шпинат, отжать лишнюю воду. Подогреть несколько минут на сухой сковородке, посолить.
- Добавить 2 большие ложки сметаны, добавить воды ок. 150 мл. Посолить по вкусу. Тушить под крышкой на слабом огне 20 минут.
- Креветки сбрызнуть лимонным соком, посыпать орегано, дать промариноваться, пока готовятся овощи. Затем добавить в овощную смесь и варить до готовности креветок.
- Приятного аппетита.
