Креветки с Овощами

Низкокалорийного и вкусненького на ужин.

Directions

  1. Порезать помидоры, перец, натереть чеснок. Разморозить шпинат, отжать лишнюю воду. Подогреть несколько минут на сухой сковородке, посолить.
  2. Добавить 2 большие ложки сметаны, добавить воды ок. 150 мл. Посолить по вкусу. Тушить под крышкой на слабом огне 20 минут.
  3. Креветки сбрызнуть лимонным соком, посыпать орегано, дать промариноваться, пока готовятся овощи. Затем добавить в овощную смесь и варить до готовности креветок.
  4. Приятного аппетита.
