Soupe de Légumes et Pommes de Terre

Soupe toute simple idéale pour un soir d'hiver.

Directions

  1. Épluchez les pommes de terres et les carottes puis coupez-les en morceaux.
  2. Lavez puis coupez en tranches le céléri et le blanc du poireau.
  3. Dans une grande casserole faites bouillir de l'eau puis plongez-y tous les ingrédients. Laissez bouillir pendant 1h.
  4. Mixez le tout (la soupe doit contenir environ 0.5L d'eau pour avoir une bonne consistance). Ajoutez du sel et du poivre, servir chaud, avec en accompagnement un oeuf au plat ou du jambon pour l'apport en protéines vous aurez un repas complet.
