Purè di Zucca

Ha un sapore dolce e delicato.

Directions

  1. Pulire e tagliare a tocchetti piccoli la zucca e cucinarla con il latte ed il sale finchè non è cotta, una volta pronta metterla in un colino per un quarto d'ora circa in maniera da farle perdere il latte in eccesso.
  2. Prendere il robot e frullarla, una volta pronta metterla in una pentola antiaderente e farla rassodare con i due cucchiai di panna di soia, lo zenzero, il pepe, il sale se manca, e in ultima i 20 grammi di burro.
  3. È ottima sia con la carne tipo polpettone che con il seitan o il tofu per chi ama gli alimenti vegetariani.
