Zuppa di Cavolo Cinese allo Zenzero con Tofu

Zuppa all'orientale disintossicante e purificante.

Directions

  1. Portate a ebollizione il brodo con lo zenzero tagliato a fettine e le foglie di alloro, fate sobbollire per 5 minuti, poi con un colino eliminate i pezzetti di zenzero.
  2. Lavate e tagliate ad anelli il porro e a striscioline il cavolo, uniteli al brodo e aggiungete il cucchiaio di zucchero e la soia, fate sobbollire per pochi minuti.
  3. Tagliate il tofu a cubetti e mettetelo nel brodo, lontano dal fuoco, coprite con un coperchio per pochi minuti.
  4. Servite in ciotoline.
