  1. Se prende el horno a 170 Grados Centigrados, Se engrasa y enharina un molde para panque.
  2. En un bowl se baten manualmente los huevos con el azucar, se le agrega la vainilla, y se sigue batiendo , se le agregan el harina, canela, sal, polvo de hornear y bicarbonato, se sigue batiendo, se le agrega el platano machado a tenedor y las nueces picadas finamente.
  3. Se vacia al molde para panque.
  4. Se hornea por 60 minutos.
