Groentecurry

Een smakelijke groentencurry, evt uit te breiden met vis of garnalen.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snijd prei en wortel grof. Roerbak deze in een deel van de wok olie. Snijd intussen de paprika's en bos ui grof.
  2. Schep de prei en wortel uit de pan en bak dan de paprika en bos ui. Voeg na een paar minuten de rest van de olie en de champignons en knoflook toe. Bak lekker beetgaar en voeg dan de woksaus en de gekookte broccoli toe en laat even smoren. Evt nog kokosmelk toevoegen (niet vermeld bij ingredienten).
  3. Lekker met rijst of noedels.
