Tabouleh met romaatjes.

Directions

  1. Bereid de couscous volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing.
  2. Snipper de ui, halveer de tomaatjes en snijd de komkommer in stukjes. Schep door de losgemaakte couscous.
  3. Knijp de citroen uit boven de couscous. Voeg de olijfolie (5 eetlepels) toe.
  4. Tenslotte de feta verbrokkelen en erdoor doen, plus de peterselie fijnknippen en erdoor. Op smaak brengen met zout en peper.
