Salatschüssel mit Schinken, Mango und Mozzarella

Leckerer Salat mit Ruccola, Mozzarella, Oliven, Cocktail-Tomaten, Zucchini, Champignons, Schinkenwürfeln und Mango.

Directions

  1. Rucola waschen und in Schüssel geben. Cocktail-Tomaten und darauf verteilen. Mozzarella in Würfel schneiden und dazu geben. Auch die Oliven.
  2. Champignons in Scheiben schneiden. Zucchini vierteln und in Scheiben schneiden. Zucchini, Champignons und Katenschinkenwürfel in gut beschichtete Pfanne geben. 5min brutzeln bis alles leicht angebräunt ist. Über den Salat geben.
  3. Zum Schluss die Mangostücke darauf verteilen.
