Queque de Zanahoria

Biscocho de zanahoria sin leche y harina de arroz.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Poner en una licuadora la zanahoria, azúcar, huevo y aceite. Procesar.
  2. Una vez batido, se vierte en un bol y se agrega el harina cernida y los polvos de hornear.
  3. Enmantequillar los moldes.
  4. Hornear a 200 grados o hasta que estén secos por dentro.

Super rica,tiene mucha azucar yo creo que con 3/4 de tasa de azucar esta bien, no me subio mucho el queque. Seguiré intentando.
