I am so happy with this loss. I was very careful with my eating and it shows. Now I just have to keep it up.

I took the weekend off from Fatsecret. I think I was starting to obsess about my weight and just need a break. I had healthy eating in the back of my head but in general I ate when I was hungry and drank a lot of water. NO BOOZE! That may be the secret to success. I hiked four miles but otherwise just relaxed.

Super loss - well done! Yes, booze makes a big difference. I only drink it at home now if we have a special occasion. Otherwise it's when we go out for a meal (about once a week). It definitely helps. I used to drink a couple of glasses of wine every evening. Won't be doing that again! Well done on the hiking too - so good for you. I'd like to get back to it myself but one of my knee's is not too good at the moment. Keep going MF! 🙂
