Yippee! What a nice weigh-in! Okay, so it could just be the stupid scale being nice. I looked at the WW scale at Costco today but they only had the regular one...not the one w/the body mass. I really want one that measures the body mass.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
