Not a lot going on. Been going to the gym and doing some cardio. Seem to have hit a slight plateau on weight and don't want to record until it drops again. Hopefully by the end of the week.

Weight loss always slows down at some point (usually after the first couple of weeks). Mainly because it's mostly water weight. If you lose 1-2 lbs a week, that is a great thing (losing fat), because after that you are losing muscle too. You don't want to lose muscle. Muscle is what keeps you looking lean and helps you to fit into smaller sizes. You are doing great!
