Gained weight and muscle mass due to this pre-workout I was taking, Gun Powder. I didn't realize how much weight I was gaining because my scale was broken. It wasn't until I started noticing myself in pictures that I was looking kind of wider. After I got my scale to work again, I found out I was back at 117! Needless to say I no longer take the pre-workout but I still continue my workouts 3-4 days a week.
115.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
