Well last two weeks seemed to be struggle to go down, little roller coaster ride but clothes are much looser I can feel it and see the 20 lb change for 2 months, muscles are gaining over fat and I can move freely (that is a huge win for me! was getting hard just to get off the couch!) Stay the course slow but steady to keep it off and have as little as possible hanging skin. Next step is to increase walk time so I can go hiking soon as the season may actually change to warmer weather. So excited we bought a fifth wheel this past week to go with our truck, now I will be able to get back to nature and be way more active. Happy Easter to all I really hope it is a great day for everyone. (first time in history I did not make my famous potato salad and honey baked ham... Opted to just color a few eggs and bake chicken) my 6 year old grandson was a huge help with the eggs. lol
237.3 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 77.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
