I am proud of myself. I am sticking to staying on track over this holiday weekend. I have a little card Easter dinner planned with no bread no pasta but a lot of veggies and meat. Easter is for new beginnings and I am ready!
215.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
