Back on track today. I wasn't really off that much this weekend except for the wine and the 4 bites of birthday cake Thursday. Ow, my body really likes carbs, doesn't ever want to let them go!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
