I was so sure with the fasting I would of lost at least 4 lbs. I was so disappointed. My Dr told me I should be happy, I lost 5.5 lbs of fat gained a lb of muscle. I also gained 2 lbs of water weight. feeling confused.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

water weight will come and go so don't focus on the number on the scale. Focus on the fat loss and muscle gain cuz that is awesome! Well done!

Thanks JLente. I have read a little more since I got home from my Dr. I feel much better. Losing the 5.5 lbs of fat was just as good as losing lbs and the water will go.
