Good morning,
I go to visit my Dr today, I am interested to see what my results are from this week. I had been interested in the IF and adding it to my plan. I have been doing 16-8 for two days now, today is better then yesterday. I read and watched a lot of videos on it. I have also kept Keto with my 600 a day allotted calories.
I have a lot going on my youngest moved out on his own yesterday, I thought I would be a lot happier then I am, He is a big mess. I will not miss that! I have 5 sons he is # 4 who has moved out on his own. One more to go.
Work has been a lot harder. They want more more more, but have not given a pay raise in 4 years. I am contracted through my company to another company. So the contract comes up every 3 to five years. I am a little resentful. My company asked for more money the last contract and kept it for themselves. So then we have to wait for the next contract to come up and see if we get a raise. Mind you my last raise was 24 cents. We have been taken over by two different companies in the last 5 years .
I guess all the things in our life affect us in our everyday living. I am dealing with now what I can control. I do my best at work . I love my family and try to show them each day. I pray to god and thank him for all the things I have.
I appreciate all the support I receive on this site. I have added a water tracker for my phone and also a IF tracker. I am determined to lose this weight and be healthy again.
I am going on Vacation in May I hope I can drop about 25 more pounds before my Vac.
