1848 kcal Fat: 140.86g | Prot: 116.99g | Carb: 29.89g.   Breakfast: Whipping Cream, Tea (Brewed), Egg, Old El Paso Salsa, Lucerne Butter. Lunch: Sour Cream, Jalapeno Peppers , Compliments Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese, Bell Peppers, Cooked Young Green Onions (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Flatout Protein Up Carb Down Wrap, Cream Cheese , Caesar Dressing, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Butter , President's Choice Striploin Steak, Cooked Egg Yolk, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Old Dutch Bac'n Puffs. more...
