Results!! I can't even believe it. Please let this keep happening!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1976 kcal Fat: 148.61g | Prot: 132.19g | Carb: 19.55g.   Breakfast: Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, kraft shredded cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs. Lunch: grilled chicken, olive oil, mushrooms, Green Leaf Lettuce, cucumber, vinegar, hard boiled egg. Dinner: old el paso taco seasoning, daisy fat free sour cream, green leaf lettuce, kraft shredded cheddar cheese, ground beef. Snacks/Other: Cream Cheese, pickle, Corned Beef, kraft string cheese. more...

You are doing wonderful on your weight loss and your menu looks great. I won't be posting until afternoons most days and since I'm in AZ for alot of people this maybe evening or night to them. Thought I would give a heads up. Keep up the good work.

Elsydeon9 - thanks for the heads up and the glance at my menu. That's what I was so unsure of...if what I was eating was "right". I read the book, but there are always so many questions still.
