My weight(4.8lbs) and blood sugars(297) are up...I don't know why. I'll be watching both of these closely this week. I start my vacation on Saturday and what I don't need is high blood sugars.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
