Bummed about this weekend... I can see that this weight loss journey is going to be a tough one and it's going to take alot of time because of falling off the wagon so much. Praying for strength to stay consistent!

You can do it! It is not just staying consistent that is important, it also forgiving yourself when you fall of course. One bad day/weekend does not define you! Getting back to healthy habbits after a slip up will define you! Today is a new and glorious day! Treat it as such with good choices! :-)
