Picked up some protein bars and whey protein powder today... very good! Trying to incorporate a low carb high protein eating plan into my diet. I'm not going to stress alot about it, but I will be more conscience of what I'm eating in terms of protein, carb and fat as opposed to just watching calorie intake.

What protein bars did you buy?

Good for you! I found increasing my protein helps me feel less hungry less often. I shoot for more protein than carbs each day. I still eat carbs (not a fan of Atkins) but limit them. Mostly get them from fruits, veggies, cereal.

MZZRECINOS: They're called "Supreme Protein"... take a look on my diet calendar under Snacks for today for the nutritional info :)

HCB: That is exactly what I have in mind... not as low as some of the famous low carb diets, but trying to lower them enough so that they are at least less than my protein intake. I try to get my carbs from those same foods and I RARILY if ever eat "white" stuff. I really love whole grains... you feel fuller after eating less because of the fiber :)
