It's amazing - despite stuffing myself on my hols I seem to have come in with a loss!!!! I'm stunned!

This weigh in is from my home scales first thing in the morning but at my official WW weigh in I lost 1 lb! YAY!!! Part of my wants to stick with my 'official' weight on here but to do that would mean showing a gain (the WW scales also weigh in a good 2 lb heavier than my home ones!) so I think I'll stick with 2 weights side by side for now! lol

I've made the sweet potato and chilli soup again and I've made a couple of locely pasta dishes for dinner so far this week. TOnight, my MIL has asked if my and my little one fancy a trip to Pizza Hut again. She doesn't get out much and really enjoys it. I'll stick to the salad for started and ask for a veggie pizza with half the cheese.....will I avoid the dessert....? Probably not knowing me but I'll have to pull it back again. At least it's the day AFTER weigh in and not the day before!! lol
175.2 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's what I love about WW. You can actually eat and lose weight. you can go out to eat and lose weight. I even went on vacation and lost weight. Great job on the pound!

Wooohooo on the weight loss! Take it anyway you can get it! As anyone who reads my journal knows, I have a long history with the war between two scales so I know how frustrating it can be to keep the two in agreement! Good luck with Pizza Hut. One of these days you will surprise yourself and be able to resist the dessert! Don't give up hope before you get there! Have a Wonderful Wednesday!

Great going on the weight loss... just goes to show that you can have a good time and still lose! So keep up the great work there and just do some extra exercise if you go eating the dessert. ;o) Lol... says moi this evening who now needs to do some serious exercise to burn off my Chelsea bun!
