Slow, slow, slow weight loss sucks!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Ebony and Ivory2! I exercise, eat at my RDI, but do not see results. Could I just be building muscle?
