So I really started feeling dizzy last night so I grabbed a bag of cherries. Wasn't on my list of things to eat but it did make me feel better so I could get some sleep.

no wonder you felt bad you are starving your body. the weight you lose will be your starving body eating your muscle this plus your exercise can lead to heart failure. please please research. go on a sensible diet do weights .weights shift fat--cardio/aerobic training is for stamina and you need high carbs for that.please research before you kill yourself
