Starting today, dabbling at Ketogenic diet.
Tried it yesterday, but still don't have all the info. And took a smoothie at the gym and saw that it won't do at all!!! No more Kauai smoothies on Keto... at least for the 1st 4 weeks.
Discovered Jason Wittrock and loving his energy and info on Keto!!
Let's see if I can do this today (stay under 20g's of carbs)

140.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
