3.1 miles walked today....3.2 miles yesterday (Thursday).....3.1 miles on Wednesday.

Computer's been in the shop. Hope to catch up on everything over the weekend.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

whoo hoo, another pound!!! Good luck with the PC! :) Friday was the last day of school for me. I am hoping to get a little more exercise and a little more variety for meals. I don't like packing lunches or eating breakfast first thing, two things that have to be done when I am working~ I'll see how it goes.

Thanks Heather. You won't see me doing any of those grueling bike climbs you do, but at least walking gets me moving! Hope your weekend's going great.

Lisa, I feel a bit like Tom Hanks in "Apollo 13," except that instead of the world getting pretty big in the window, it's the blue line getting close in my window! Sounds like summer will work out a whole lot better for you.....except no paycheck. Enjoy your First Weekend of Summer!!!
