I've lost 6lbs in 4 days, is this just water weight?
217.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea, I got back Monday & I weighed myself lastnight. 6lbs lighter smh I guess I just always thought that "water weight" was only for women. lol
