Yesterday I ate a McSkillet burrito and half a sausage Mcmuffin for breakfast. I also ate a pear, Mom's peas and ham salad and WeightWatchers ice cream. I was able to lose a pound today despite what I ate yesterday since Justice and I decided not to eat any dinner. I did 30 min on the elliptical burning about 660 cals. Yep, so far so good. Still seems a long way from 155.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
