I'm up a half pound this week. Well, that's ok. It would be nice to lose every week, but that's not likely. As long as the overall trend is in the right direction, I'm happy. This evening is a planned meal off the program. My grandson is preparing a birthday (his own!) pasta dinner for the family. I am going to enjoy but not go crazy. Have a great week.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just get back on track after the planned "cheat meal" and you'll be fine. Be prepared for possible cravings afterwords. If you are prepared you won't be tempted as much to give in. Good luck and have fun at the dinner. :)

30 pounds lost!!!!! If I had that many pounds off this body of mine I would be at my goal weight! I will keep plugging along with you. Have a great week!
