Week 5

And down another pound.
I know I could probably up my loss a bit if I worked out more but I just don't have the time.... Ah well, a 10 pound loss so far isn't bad!

Hope everyone else is doing good :]
143.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
