It was cold this morning, so I didn't do bleachers.

I started with a 3 minute 3mph walk, then alternated between 7mph and 3-3.4mph. After the first 7 minutes, I got off to weigh myself, and got back on about a minute later. I sweated more than I can remember sweating in years. After running, I got off to do 'bench crunches'. 2 sets - 30, then 20 reps.
