Just the one pound lost this week and I did not put it back on (like I did last week) - so that's an improvement. I also lost another 2 inches total this week. So far - 5 inches total loss in the past two weeks.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, Rocky! I'm pretty happy - I'd like to see the scale moving a bit more, but with inches lost I can't complain too much!
