Up 2 pounds - increased fat and protein in diet - trying to reduce carbs

Judy, if you have Kroger near you, they have a CarbMASTER yogurt that only has 5 carbs (much lower than ANY other yogurt I've found!) I looked back at your Food Diary, and your Carb-Culprits seem to be bread (hot dog roll & pizza), pasta (spaghetti) and especially sweets (donuts, cookies, etc.) There are some GREAT low-carb high fat desserts out there that would allow you to have your sweets WITHOUT all the unwanted carbs! Probably the easiest one to make is the "Creamsicle Fat Bomb Jell-O Dessert Cups." The recipe makes FIVE 6-1/2-oz servings, which you can store in your fridge or freezer to have one every day. DELICIOUS! The high-fat version has 26.5 Fats and only 3 carbs (2.8 NET). The lower-fat version has 17.5 Fats and only 1.8 Carbs per serving! I haven't posted the lower-fat version in awhile. I think I'll go and do that now.

Judy, I just posted the recipe in my Journal. You'll LOVE this, and it will greatly reduce your carb count. Sometimes I make TWO batches and keep one in the fridge and one in the freezer. That way, I'm always prepared. Also, I don't BUY anything I shouldn't eat. Even when I have to buy sweets for my husband, I try to buy things that I don't particularly care for.
