I have followed closely to my goals the since Monday and as always the weight just falls off me. I have been hungry but have not felt deprived as both days I have a chocolate chip cookie. It is clear that my greatest problem area is during the evening. I eat too much at dinner and then was eating as a means of a stress reliever and relaxing at night after dinner. I was very hungry last night so I gave in at 10 PM and had a piece of oat bread toasted with a slice of cheese. I will not do that tonight but instead will stick with a piece of fruit or yogurt.
