Wow Maple31, you have been steadily losing for a while. You have done a good job exercising and keeping your food logs... It seems that you are maintaining really well your current weight. As you lose you may require less calories, it may be time to recalculate your RDI to see results...Maybe try reducing by another 250-500 a day and/or increasig activity a little and I bet you will see that scale start to budge again. Keep your head up you are doing great!

You may need to re-evaluate your caloric intake. As you lose weight, you need less calories to keep on losing. I would start lowering it. Maybe keep it at 2000 for a week each day and see what happens. You may have to play around with them to see what will get the scale going again.

Frustrating isn't it?! Some call it a plateau or a stall, I have a few other choice words I'd like to use. But on a more positive and useful note, I went through mine just a little while ago. I had to talk myself through the frustration. This is a brief moment (think bigger picture) in our journey to reflect on all the hard work, sweat, persistence, sacrifices that we've committed to ourselves so far. So it just got harder. Every day that I workout/eat right IS working towards my goal. Here are a few quotes that I keep posted for myself... You have 3 choices: Give up, Give in, or Give it all you got. It's actually pretty simple. Either you do it, or you don't. You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose! I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. I'm telling you it's going to be worth it. Hope you keep plowing through regardless of the scales today... it'll happen. Cheers
