Charlie horse during the night - haven't had them in ages! Firmly believe the Advocare vitamins are helping me to not 'crazy snack' at night. Instead of taking them 30 min before breakfast and 30 min before lunch, shifted to 30 min before lunch and 30 min before supper/dinner. Going to keep this up. I take my allergy pill, and sinus + cranberry supplement. My new favorite drink is 1 cup of Cranberry juice (vary flavor for variety) + 7 cups of tap water at room temperature. I work on it all day long....so far it works. Hope to keep it up!

Got Cafix in yesterday - tried it - and it has a weaker 'coffee' flavor than Dandy Blend. Still good, but definitely a 'watered down' taste when flavored non dairy creamer added. Smells like Nescafe'. Still, not bad.

So I guess the question is...am I weaning myself from coffee? Yes. Plus I think bananas may be giving me heartburn...either that or this weight gain. Look at my weight history...it's a struggle!!!!

Still positive...will have a private challenge where I work on walking 1 mile at least. Takes me anywhere from 21 to 22 minutes. I hope to work on speeding it up. May do a 1/2 marathon in the fall.
