I continue to have the binge days that are usually caused by pressures and demands on my time and finances. I have had more than my share of suggestions as to how to handle stress, and none have worked for me.

As I said in my earlier entry, I intend to try meditation and/or self-hypnosis, but so far procrastination and motivation have not been adopted, so subsequently, I remain at the same old plateau.

Not being critical, but people who suggest portion control, limiting certain nutritional foods, exercising more, make it sound so simple, but if they love the foods and meals, and amounts, I enjoy, it is a mountain to climb and at 76 years old, my days of climbing are over.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
