My weight yo-yos in such a weird way, geeze.
233.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure you're eating enough!! Low carb kills my appetite. But I make myself eat the required number of calories. If you don't your metabolism can shut down!

Thanks for your kind words, I only hope it's a real drop and not my scale faking me out again. It's so finicky! As far as eating enough I haven't been restricting my calories at all, but I can see what you mean. (I actually tend to forget to fill out my food diary, whoops.) I think forcing myself to eat more than I want could reinforce some bad eating habits though? I guess I could start eating more snacks.
