As of this morning's weigh-in I have lost 20% of my body weight. This past weekend I climbed a mountain while carrying my one-year-old daughter who weighs about 20 pounds. Every time I thought she felt heavy I had to make myself remember that she weighs less than half of what I've lost so far. Kinda puts things into perspective.
