I just do not understand this variation in my weight from week to week. Does the scale not really work?
142.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice work! Some scales are funny depending on the position of your feet. Try a few different positions and see if it messes with your scale. I know mine will be plus or minus 5 pounds if I'm weighting one side more than the other.

Hi friends! My scale is definitely crazy! I have never lost over 8 pounds in a week before.
