Read your bio Dan, and your numbers were always there, except that last picture of your dinner where you had this large chunk of bad carb bread and 2 days later you gained 2lbs. watch out for stuff like that it'll do it every time.
p.s. Don't get me wrong I'm a advocate for carbs, they will help you lose weight but you have to make the right carb choices.

I step way to much on the scale like this Morning, I was 287 out of the shower. it has been so long that the scale could read my weight, instead of displaying OL :) . This is the 3rd month that I cut down on eating and have already lost at least 45lbs. I'm able to walk again, I'm able to go up stairs at work. and other people are starting to notice. I have a spring in my step now, instead of constant pain. Only yesterday my wife placed my seat at Carl's jr to eat a low carb burger. I actually fit in front of the table. WOW what a feeling.

That’s how it’s been for me too. It’s annoying but I am older too so I’m thinking that could be a big factor. Im just sticking with it too.
