I did well with my weight lifting. I increased strength in all areas for the past 6 weeks, but this 7th week I didn't gain in vertical push. Shoulders have always been my weakest point.

I ate well, less that RDI. I feel a little tight in the muscles today, which is a good sign that I worked them pretty well yesterday.

265.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
