5 full days of Induiction down, 14.5 pounds gone. At some point this will slow down, but for now I'm enjoying shedding the early stuff :)
270.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1452 kcal Fat: 106.04g | Prot: 99.68g | Carb: 22.32g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Large Grade A Eggs, BIG Y LOW SODIUM BACON. Lunch: lettuce, raw, Florida Avocados, beef tips. Dinner: Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Cooked Eggplant. Snacks/Other: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), heavy cream, coffee, Unsalted Butter Stick, Chayote (Fruit). more...

Holy cow! Really? 14.5 lbs in only 5 days? Wow, that is the fastest I have heard so far.

I always ditch a ton of weight on induction. Last time I did induction I lost something like 28 pounds in 14 days. Hopefully this time is the last time!!!
