Great passed 2 weeks, still loosing 2lbs per week. still doing the same thing working out 2 times a week, watching what I eat. no cardio yet but will start with in a month or 2 . still just lifting weights focusing on certain bodyparts
224.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
