stopped taking Vitamin supplement because think maybe I am developing some overloads...calcium, Vit A..stuff that is fat soluble..also quit the Canada reds..
119.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
