Had my 1st ever bladder infection...and it totally threw me for a loop. Did go to the physician and got an antibiotic...which knocked me out!!!! I've drank enough juice and water now....or so it seems. Until this is nipped completely, I'm changing the RDI to 1900 - 2000. Juice is loaded with calories.
Other than that, I'm okay. Not thrilled with the number, but it's a constant...my body loves the 220s.....
